Nur Amalina and Lim Wei Yi

"It took us hours and hours of R&D, staying late in the kitchen to come out with our dishes and most importantly, we couldn’t have done it without the help from the team of Chefs. It was a truly memorable experience. I have learnt so much this past 6 months and it still amazes me how fast time flew by. I truly enjoyed every moment of it."

Quek Jia Jun

"Through my internship as Content Marketer with the PR and Communications Team, I had the opportunity to explore and hone my skills in content marketing and corporate rebranding projects, amongst other responsibilities and projects. I also had the chance to push my creativity beyond limits through tasks such as curating content that drive employee engagement and branding efforts. Ultimately, the professional guidance from my mentors provided a holistic environment for me to learn and develop myself!"

Phu Eindra

"The internship I had was an eye-opening experience. I was placed in the Exhibitions team and this programme allowed me to gain a deeper insight into the Events industry. Even though I was just an intern, I was presented with multiple opportunities to take on roles that interns normally would not be entrusted with. Over the course of 6 months, I am extremely grateful that I got to partake in not just 1 but 4 separate events. Additionally, I got the chance to interact with clients which gave me a more realistic approach to my internship."

Melvin Liu

"During my internship, I held different roles and responsibilities which exposed me to wide array of experiences in the MICE industry. Working here gave me a genuine taste of the working world. Despite being an intern, your feedbacks and input are valued. The skills and knowledge imparted to me are information that no textbook can replicate. This has aided my development in the field of events. Overall, my experience has been a fruitful and rewarding one, which I can gladly say I am proud to have been a part of this organization."

Melvin Liu (Diploma in Integrated Event Management, Republic Polytechnic) Intern with Project Management Department (Singapore Fintech Festival)

Jees Adam

"As a student with no real experience of the working world, interning with the Exhibitions team was one of the best decisions I made. During my 6 months tenure, I was tagged to Industrial Transformation Asia Pacific as a project management intern. This gave me the opportunity to help my team in administrative, sales and marketing jobs. Beside gaining experience, I unearthed many intricacies that were not taught in school. All in all, here is a wonderful pick for any prospective intern looking to gain vital exposure and experience in the events industry."

Lau Ying Ying

"Interning here offers an opportunity to develop as a professional and to help the organization develop. During my internship, I have had many responsibilities necessary to make sure that I deliver the products on time and having the opportunity to make decisions on my own and learn from both my successes and failures. My time being a part of the Community Engagement department has help me to expand my skills set and strengthen the skills I possessed coming into this position. My time here has positively affected both my professional and personal life and this internship was a worthwhile experience which would benefit me in the MICE industry."
